1. SHIPPING
  • Made-to-order garments and accessories are shipped within three-four weeks from the order date.

  • Ready-to-ship garments and accessories are shipped within a maximum of two weeks (unless otherwise specified).

  • If both made-to-order and ready-to-ship pieces are ordered together, all items will be delivered according to the made-to-order delivery schedule. If you wish to receive ready-to-ship pieces sooner, please place a separate order.

Taxes and Duties
For orders outside of the UK: All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these charges, but your local customs office should provide guidance.

Cave Studios cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, taxes, duties, or delays caused by customs, as these are beyond our control.

Insurance
Cave Studios insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery, the recipient’s signature will serve as proof of delivery and fulfillment by Cave Studios.


2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Cave Studios has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to ship it back to our studio for a refund or exchange.

  • No cancellation or exchange is allowed for Made-to-order and tailor-made garments if production has already begun.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed for tailor-made garments.


Please feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering to avoid confusion. We offer personalized assistance to all customers.

If necessary, we can provide an extra adjustment to your garment.

Return Process:

Any claim must be submitted within 14 working days following receipt of the product(s).

Products must be returned in their original condition (including packaging, accessories, and tags)


To initiate a return, contact our customer service at studio@cavetextiles.com to inform us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Important Notes:
  • Parcels returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused and sent back to the sender.

  • No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted.

  • The sender is responsible for all return costs and risks, including loss, theft, or damage.


For the return to be processed:
  • Products must be in perfect condition, with labels attached, and not worn.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice included.


Cave Studios cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage of parcels during return shipping.
Parcels without clear identification (e.g., sender’s name and address) will be refused.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), customer service will confirm receipt via email.

Refund Exclusion:
Cave Studios cannot reimburse standard delivery costs.


3. REFUND
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, Cave Studios will reimburse the amounts paid for the returned products (excluding any customs duties) within 14 days. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the account associated with the original payment method.

Note: A deduction may apply if the goods’ value is reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary.


4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition.

  • Ensure all products are as received, with tags and seals still attached.

  • Products delivered in their own box must be returned in the original, undamaged box, as it is considered part of the product.

  • To avoid damaging the original packaging, return all boxed items inside an additional solid carton box.
