Onion Trousers

Story from the maker:

Every season offers something unique, much like Vivaldi’s Four Seasons—when the winter comes suddenly, all the leaves are shaken loose by the wind’s violin.

In the cold, grey London winters, when my green resources are scarce, I often find inspiration in the simplicity of my Polish ancestors’ favorite vegetable: the onion. Always present in my kitchen, its humble skins become a natural dye. Paired with a sprinkle of black tea, this resourceful and affordable solution adds warmth and richness to my fabrics.

Hand-dyed trousers onion skins and blak tea. Sewn, designs hand dyed in our Cave Studio. Please allow 2 weeks to recive, after the order.

Plant-dyed clothes are gentle on the planet and your skin.
